Having trained some 30 plus years - I’m not after flashy none sense or big gyms with the latest and greatest. I simply want to train at an honest gym with other like minded people. This gym has all required for a serious trainer or a new starter or someone needing to get back in shape. Whilst there will always be the odd muscle head egotist needing to prove himself- this gym is clean, tidy and in a great location with easy parking.

Plenty Of Natural Light, Unlike Some Dingy Gyms I Previously Attended -Encourages You Want To Work Out. Jackie Was On Hand To Help Me Out With A Membership Concern Due To A Medical Issue That I Had Which I Had To Put On Hold My Direct Debits. A Positive Experience For Me.
