I live in Marion and told the guy working this, and handed my phone to him to be sent away. He didn't tell me that I'd have to come pick it back up and drop the replacement off... (other telstra shops send them back to home address, and you put replacement phone in the same envelope and send back)
and to make matters worse, I asked if they had Replacement phone'S' with a response of "Yes, of course we do" and then I was literally given the most garbage POS phone that couldnt even run Google Maps...
I feel sorry for the next person that has to go to this store for the same reason, and gets given a replacement mobile phone, that's basically a landline
p.s. wouldnt even give these guys a full star, if I could choose less I would
I will also going to TIO about this and other telstra matters that werent fixed
