- Izzyzyx Added March 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Most of their cacti were rotted, or had been tipped out of their pots and stuffed back in with very little soil. Some succulents are twice as expensive as the same variety at Bunnings, some even more expensive. Customer service is a joke; an item didn't scan so I was mumbled at and left standing at the checkout. The staff member went to the staff room and never came back. No price check, no attempt to look it up at the till. Gave up waiting and walked away. Worst garden supply store I've ever been to. They were decent before management changed.
- Thomas Walton Added November 08, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Watch out for Garden Grove drivers on the road, they speed, are aggressive and will try to push you around the roads. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. It's not a one-off occurrence either, it happens all the time with their drivers.
